BOSTON, MA—Parthenon Capital Partners (Parthenon) has promoted Zach F. Sadek to partner. Parthenon is a leading mid-market private equity firm with offices in Boston and San Francisco.

Prior to joining Parthenon, Mr. Sadek worked in investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (f/k/a Wasserstein Perella & Co) in Chicago as an analyst specializing in mergers and acquisitions. At Parthenon, he has served on the boards of Cayan, eSecLending, Injured Workers Pharmacy, Restaurant Technologies, and Periscope Holdings. He has also worked with the executive teams leading BlueSnap and Bryant & Stratton College.
Mr. Sadek earned his A.B. and A.M. from the University of Chicago and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
