Adi Garg joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 as Director, Technology Strategy and Implementation. He has over 30 years of experience leading technology, strategy, product, and software development at multiple firms.

At Parthenon Adi advises CEOs and CTOs on strategically leveraging technology to maximize growth while minimizing risks. He helps executive teams solve problems using technology in the dimensions of innovation, customer experience, org design, process improvement and core engineering (product mgmt., software development, systems integration, analytics, infrastructure, and cyber security).

EXPERIENCE

Prior to Parthenon, Adi was the CTO of two successful Parthenon portfolio companies – Allworth Financial, and HD Vest – where he led all aspects of product and technology functions. He has also held technical and leadership roles at Citibank and FedEx, among other well-known firms.

EDUCATION

Adi earned his Bachelor’s in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, his M.S. in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University
