Austen Sandoval joined Parthenon Capital in 2024 and is an Associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Austen was an Associate at the Blackstone Group, where he was focused on executing opportunistic private equity and credit investments. Prior to Blackstone, Austen worked in Specialty Lending at Goldman Sachs where he focused on executing credit investments in middle market businesses.

EDUCATION

Austen earned his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
