Jay O’Brien joined Parthenon Capital as an Associate in 2022. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Jay was an Analyst at Citi, where he was involved in M&A and capital raising activities for clients within the FinTech space.

EDUCATION

Jay earned his B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, and minor in History at the University of Virginia
