Joseph Taveira joined Parthenon Capital as Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He oversees the accounting, tax, and reporting functions at Parthenon Capital.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon Capital, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Manulife Investment Management’s Global Private Equity and Credit team (formerly Hancock Capital Management), where he managed the finance and operations functions for the team’s private equity co-investment, mezzanine, senior debt, and fund of funds investment programs. Previously, Joe was a Sr. Vice President of Finance at Audax Group, a middle market private equity and debt investment manager. Joe began his career in consulting at Navigant Consulting, providing a wide range of financial services to clients in various industries.
EDUCATION
Joe earned his B.S. in Business Administration at Boston College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Financial Manager.
