Kutay joined Parthenon Capital as an Associate in 2024. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Kutay was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where he was involved in M&A advisory and capital raising activities for clients within the financial institutions and financial services space.

Kutay graduated with high honors from Texas A&M University, where he earned his B.B.A. in Finance.
