Lesly Schlender joined Parthenon Capital in 2012 as the Director of Research, Outreach and Development. She has over thirty-five years of research, recruiting and M&A sourcing experience in the private equity and executive search sectors. Lesly has worked on numerous industry projects including healthcare, software, financial services, technology and business services. She is responsible for sourcing Parthenon’s new investment platforms, portfolio add-on acquisitions, CEO executive identification, as well as Parthenon’s research function assessing niche industries.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Lesly spent 12 years at GTCR, LLC, a private equity firm with over $8 billion under management and headquartered in Chicago. She joined the firm in 1999 as a Director of Research and became Vice President of Human Capital in 2002. Previously Lesly spent several years at Korn/Ferry International in a number of roles and was ultimately promoted to become the Director of Research, North America. She began her research and recruiting career at Egon Zehnder International as a Research Associate.

EDUCATION

Lesly attended Barat College with a concentration in Business Administration.
