Matt Lentz joined Parthenon Capital as an Associate in 2015. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Matt was an investment banking Analyst at McColl Partners (now Deloitte Corporate Finance), where he worked on middle-market mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries.

Prior to McColl Partners, he was a Teach For America Corps Member and taught high-school mathematics to underserved students in Charlotte, North Carolina.

EDUCATION

Matt earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emory University.
