Riva Trivedi joined Parthenon Capital in 2024 and is a Vice President in the firm’s Boston office. She is responsible for sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies in the healthcare industry.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Riva was a Senior Associate at Waud Capital Partners, where she focused on healthcare investments. Prior to WCP, Riva worked in healthcare investment banking at RBC Capital Markets. Riva also serves on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Girls 4 Science.

EDUCATION

Riva earned her B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, in Health Management and Business Law from the University of Miami and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
