Sam joined Parthenon Capital as a Compliance Analyst in 2024. He is active in managing, implementing and maintaining the firm’s compliance program, including overseeing the Compliance Manual and Code of Ethics.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Sam was a Compliance Consultant at AdvisorAssist. As a member of the Registrations team, Sam established and facilitated the registration process for registered investment advisors, ensuring compliance with SEC and state regulations.

EDUCATION
Sam earned his B.A in Philosophy with a focus in Mathematics from Cornell University.
