Scott Levine joined Parthenon Capital in 2005 as Director, Human Capital. He has over 20 years of experience working with private equity, public, middle market, and emerging technology companies. As a member of the operating team, Scott oversees human capital and executive recruiting efforts for portfolio companies as well as human capital due diligence on new investment opportunities. He is a Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

EXPERIENCE

Prior to Parthenon, Scott was a Principal with Silicon Valley Human Capital (SVHC), a boutique executive search firm, focusing on Board and CEO assignments for private equity and venture backed, middle market companies. His search practice covered several industry verticals including healthcare services, technology (software, hardware, telecom, wireless, networking, semiconductor, eCommerce), professional and business services, distribution and financial services.

Previously, he was at AT&T Wireless serving as their internal executive search consultant. Scott began his executive search career with Heidrick & Struggles International, where he was a member of the firm’s private equity, board, and international technology practices and focused on CEO, board of directors, and senior high-level executives in public and venture backed technology companies. He is the founder of the HSIINetwork – the Heidrick & Struggles Alumni Association – with over 700 members in 50 countries.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott was with InterTape Polymer Group and LaGasse Brothers, Inc., a division of United Stationers, Inc.

EDUCATION

Scott is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he received a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business.
